FUMO® Profile is your digital business card. With the FUMO® Profile you reduce your organisation work with the provision of important documents and hereby save valuable time with the order processing because you won't need to exchange your mandatory documents (e.g. European transport licence, proof of valid goods damage liability insurance, proof of the compliance with the payment of the minimum wage, trade registration) by email or fax. Just upload your documents into your FUMO® Profile and share them with your current and future customers:
Your provided documents (European transport licence, proof of valid goods damage liability insurance, proof of the compliance with the payment of the minimum wage, trade registration) are subjected to a plausibility check by an employee of FUMO Solutions GmbH every six month. The plausibility check includes for example: visual check of the uploaded documents by an employee of FUMO Solutions GmbH, control call to the given telephone number, checking against sanctions list and cheking the tax identification number. The company is subjected to a detailed on-site inspection by an external expert. The documents provided (e.g. European transport licence, proof of valid goods damage liability insurance, proof of the compliance with the payment of the minimum wage, trade registration) will be checked in the original version. and are confirmed by an external expert. Furthermore the company has to answer over 400 questions and gets a FUMO® Compliant Carrier certificate when they reach a score of at least 80 percent.
The SCHUNCK approved Seal certifies that the company using a FUMO® Profile has sufficient insurance cover:
Costumer of the SCHUNCK Group will receive the SCHUNCK approved seal automatically after the registration process. Non-SCHUNCK costumers are able to receive the SCHUNCK approved seal by answering a questionaire (15 questions) about the current insurance coverage and by fulfilling at least 80 percent of the required criteria.
